About the project:
I wrote articles and podcasts that delve into the history, science, and technology behind the food we eat.
Through thorough research and science storytelling techniques my work communicated complex topics in food technology and sustainability to a broad audience, creating opportunities for education and conversation on the importance of sustainable food systems. The objective of FoodUnfolded magazine is to support parent organisation EIT Food’s mission of building a healthier and more sustainable food future.
